Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients and insurance companies to collect outstanding balances.
- Explain billing statements and payment options clearly.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and set up payment plans.
- Update patient accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and account statuses.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (MBA graduates are not eligible).
- Age Limit: 18–28 years.
- Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance and billing procedures (preferred).
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
