Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Retail Field Officer Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to chemists and general practitioner (GP) doctors.
- Conduct route-wise work with chemists, including geo-tagging.
- Enhance visibility at chemist outlets.
- Organize trade activations, retail meets, and relationship-building activities.
- Support doctor OPD camps and promote products.
Retail Field Officer Requirements
- Freshers and undergraduates are preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience with an Over-the-Counter (OTC) company.
- Ability to maintain local and outstation market relationships and handle distributors.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Medical Representative Responsibilities
- Promote Cadila’s pharmaceutical product portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
- Achieve sales targets and drive market growth in the assigned territory.
- Provide product information and educational materials to healthcare providers.
Medical Representative Requirements
- Freshers with a B.Sc. (Biology) or B. Pharm degree only.
- Experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
