We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in injectable manufacturing to join our Engineering department. Candidates with expertise in instrumentation, plant maintenance, and compliance with cGMP standards are highly preferred.
Shift In-charge / Supervisor Responsibilities and Requirements
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/ITI
- Experience: 4-8 years in instrumentation, plant maintenance, and Engineering QMS for injectable manufacturing
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise engineering operations, including instrumentation and plant maintenance, in an injectable manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Engineering Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Oversee preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of process equipment like autoclaves, filling machines, and lyophilizers.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory compliance (e.g., USFDA standards).
- Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in injectable manufacturing plant maintenance and instrumentation.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills to manage teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Familiarity with process equipment such as autoclaves, bioreactors, or lyophilizers is an advantage.
Process Maintenance Operator / Technician Responsibilities and Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI
- Experience: 2-8 years in process maintenance, instrumentation, and calibration in injectable manufacturing
- Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of process equipment, including autoclaves, filling machines, washing/tunnel systems, and lyophilizers.
- Execute instrumentation and calibration tasks to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.
- Support breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
- Document maintenance activities accurately in line with cGMP and GLP standards.
- Assist in equipment qualification and validation activities for injectable manufacturing processes.
- Requirements:
- Practical experience in process maintenance and instrumentation in an injectable manufacturing plant.
- Proficiency in calibration of sensors, controllers, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Understanding of cGMP/GLP documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.
