Open Positions
We are hiring for the following roles in our Formulation (OSD) unit. All positions require adherence to cGMP and GMP processes, good communication skills (ability to read, write, and speak English), and willingness to work in shifts. Preference is given to male candidates.
1. Operators
- Designation: Technician / Senior Technician / Associate / Senior Associate
- Qualification: SSC / ITI / Inter / B.Sc.
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and clean pharmaceutical manufacturing machines (e.g., RMG, Sejong, FBD, BQS, Hi-Cart, AWC, Auto Coater)
- Handle processes in granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, and packing
- Adhere to cGMP and GMP standards
- Experience: 2-8 years in machine handling preferred
2. Staff
- Designation: Chemist / Senior Chemist / Officer / Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage pharmaceutical manufacturing machines in granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, and packing
- Handle manpower, shift planning, report generation, and BMR documentation
- Expertise in RMG, Sejong, FBD, BQS, Hi-Cart, AWC, Auto Coater
- Ensure audit compliance and exposure to regulatory audits
- Experience: 2-8 years in OSD manufacturing
3. Production Documentation
- Designation: Chemist / Senior Chemist / Officer / Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Responsibilities:
- Manage production documentation, change control, and equipment validation
- Prepare SOPs and provide training on SOPs
- Handle BMR documentation and audit responses
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GMP standards
- Exposure to regulatory audits is mandatory
- Experience: 2-8 years in production documentation
4. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
- Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Responsibilities:
- Plan production as per targets, optimizing man, machine, and material resources
- Manage raw and packing material indenting and follow-up with purchase
- Coordinate with SCM, R&D, TSD, QA, QC, and Warehouse for batch execution
- Maintain batch tracking, production tracking, and MIS updates
- Handle inventory management and adhere to batch schedules
- Experience in contract manufacturing and third-party manufacturing is a must
- Experience: 3-8 years in production planning
