Open Positions
We are hiring for the following roles at our Greenfield Injectable Manufacturing Plant in Ahmedabad. All candidates must have sound knowledge of cGMP requirements and relevant experience in injectable manufacturing.
1. Production
Shift In-Charge
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 3-10 years in supervising injectable production
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee shift operations in injectable manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs
- Manage production schedules, manpower, and equipment
Operator / Technical Associate
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 2-8 years in injectable production
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment (e.g., autoclaves, filling machines, vial washers)
- Perform production activities per BMR and SOPs
- Report deviations and ensure adherence to safety standards
2. Engineering
Shift In-Charge
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 3-10 years in instrumentation, plant maintenance, or engineering QMS for injectable manufacturing
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance and instrumentation activities
- Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with cGMP
- Manage QMS documentation and audit readiness
Process Maintenance Operator / Technical Associate
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2-8 years in process maintenance or instrumentation/calibration in injectable manufacturing
- Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and calibration of production equipment
- Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Document activities per cGMP standards
3. Quality Assurance
QA – Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.E.
- Experience: 2-10 years in IPQA, qualification, QMS, sterility assurance, or QA IT-related activities in injectable manufacturing
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality checks and equipment qualifications
- Manage QMS elements (OOS, deviations, change control)
- Ensure sterility assurance and support IT-related QA activities
4. Quality Control
Analyst – Biotech and Chemical
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech (Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields)
- Experience: 2-8 years in analysis of biotech and chemical products
- Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV spectroscopy) for biotech and chemical products
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards
- Document and report results accurately
