Open Positions
We are hiring for the following roles in our Production-FML department at our Bhiwadi facility. Candidates with experience in USFDA, MHRA, TGA, or ANVISA-regulated organizations are preferred.
1. Technical Assistant – Production-FML
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (B.Sc. or related fields)
- Experience: 3-6 years in injectable manufacturing, preferably in FML
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in operating equipment such as depyrogenation tunnels, vial washing machines, filling machines, autoclaves, or sealing machines
- Knowledge of aseptic practices and cGMP requirements
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and production documentation
- Ability to perform equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain FML equipment per SOPs and BMRs
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards
- Support aseptic operations and report deviations promptly
- Assist in documentation and batch record maintenance
2. Executive – Production-FML
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. in Chemistry or related fields)
- Experience: 3-6 years in injectable manufacturing, preferably in FML, with supervisory experience
Skills Required:
- Expertise in shift handling, QMS, and production planning
- Proficiency in managing aseptic vial filling, external vial washing, and sealing operations
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOP compliance, and regulatory audits (USFDA/MHRA/TGA/ANVISA)
- Experience in BMR/BPR documentation and audit preparation
Responsibilities:
- Supervise FML operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules
- Manage manpower and equipment to meet quality and safety standards
- Handle QMS activities, including deviations, CAPA, and change control
- Coordinate with QA/QC for batch release and audit compliance
