Medical Records Executive Trainee

• Experience: Freshers
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Fresh graduates from the following streams:
    • D.Pharm
    • B.Pharm
    • M.Pharm
• Shifts: 3 rotational shifts (mandatory)
• Compensation:
  • Training Period Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
  • Post-Training CTC: ₹2,40,000 per annum
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate medical records
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and confidentiality protocols
  • Support healthcare teams with documentation and record-keeping
  • Participate in training to develop skills in medical records management
