We are hiring for two key positions in our Product Management Team, each requiring a blend of strategic thinking, market expertise, and leadership skills. Candidates should meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:
Qualifications
- B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy
Positions and Responsibilities
Product Executive (1 Position)
- Experience: 3-6 years, with experience in both Product Management and pharmaceutical sales.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop visual aids and conduct training for the marketing team.
- Perform regular performance evaluations of marketing team members.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team skills and performance.
- Conduct field visits to identify on-ground challenges and collaborate with the field team to develop solutions.
- Design promotional and communication strategies for assigned brands.
- Stay updated on industry trends to improve product strategy and innovation.
- Assistant Product Manager (1 Position)
- Experience: 7-12 years, including at least 5 years in Product Management and 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Create product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company business objectives.
- Lead product launch activities and market planning strategies.
- Conduct field visits to address challenges and strategize with the field team.
- Mentor and train the marketing team to drive performance.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to foster innovation in product strategy.
