Roles and Experience
- Assistant Manager, Manager/Senior Manager, Lead Engineer, Domain System Expert
- Experience: 5-20 years
- Domains: Gas/Coal Power Plants, Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO), Waste-to-Energy Plants, Geothermal Plants, Nuclear Plant Design, Project Planning, Solar/Wind/Hybrid/BESS (Civil & Electrical), Substation & Transmission
- Senior Designer/Lead Designer, Domain Layout Expert
- Experience: 10-20 years
- Domains: Plant layout and system design for power and energy projects
- Design Engineer for Nuclear
- Experience: 10-30 years
- Domain: Nuclear plant design
- Design Engineer, Site Execution Engineer (Substation & Transmission)
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Domain: Substation and transmission line design and execution
Skills and Responsibilities
- Expertise in detailed plant design for gas/coal, nuclear, SWRO, waste-to-energy, geothermal, or renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and layout designs.
- Strong skills in project planning, scale-up, and system integration for power projects.
- For Substation & Transmission roles: Experience in designing and executing electrical substations and transmission lines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Note: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, commissioning, erection, installation, or execution are not eligible for these design-focused roles.
