Qualifications

Experience

• Patient Support Executive: 1–3 years in patient support, healthcare call centers, or customer-facing roles, preferably in US healthcare.
• AR Team Lead: 3–7 years in Accounts Receivable, medical billing, or RCM, with proven leadership experience.

Skills

CDI Specialists:

• Expertise in clinical documentation improvement and ICD-10 coding standards.
• Proficiency in reviewing medical records for accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge of DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) systems and clinical workflows.

Patient Support Executive:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
• Familiarity with healthcare call center operations and CRM tools.

AR Team Lead:
