Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
- Post-Graduation in Science or MBA (desirable).
- Experience:
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in IT compliance, quality management, and SAP systems.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
- Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and functionalities.
- Expertise in pharma regulatory IT requirements (Data Integrity, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5).
- Proven experience in pharma QA/QC processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in managing Computer System Validation (CSV) projects within Quality Management Systems (QMS), including change control, deviations, CAPA, and incidents.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage integrations between SAP systems and other ERP or third-party platforms.
- Ensure CSV compliance throughout the software lifecycle, adhering to GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and data integrity standards.
- Define and execute validation strategies for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related systems.
- Review and approve QMS documents (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Incidents).
- Oversee qualification of IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, databases) to meet pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Support Quality & Compliance initiatives across Piramal Pharma’s central and site operations.
- Guide central and site IT teams on CSV, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5 across all sites.
- Collaborate with business users, subject matter experts (SMEs), IT teams, and manage vendors, partners, and support teams effectively.
