Job Responsibilities
- Support the formulation team in executing tasks related to new product development.
- Address troubleshooting issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure project timelines.
- Review and revise Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and excipients.
- Update and maintain Common Technical Document (CTD) files for regulatory submissions.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in formulation development, optimization, and scale-up processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D analytical, production, and regulatory affairs departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including reports, protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in formulation activities within reputable pharmaceutical companies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in formulation development.
- Strong experience with documentation, including COAs, CTD files, and SOPs.
- Expertise in formulation optimization and scale-up processes.
