Job Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive our sales and business development efforts in the Food, Beverage, and Dietary Supplement sectors.

- Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
- Experience: 12-15 years in Sales and Business Development, with mandatory exposure to the Food or Nutrition Industry
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field
Job Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Develop new customers, products, and markets to boost sales volumes, margins, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Market Expansion: Focus on new business segmentation and untapped geographies to expand market presence.
- Develop Business Continuity Plans: Identify alternate vendors and launch new products to enhance competitiveness and ensure supply security.
- Oversee Domestic Sales Team: Provide strategic direction and performance alignment for the PAN-India sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution and sales fulfillment.
- Support Product Development: Provide technical and strategic input for new and existing products, including customer onboarding and product education.
- Market Intelligence: Ensure a regular flow of insights to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to support new product launches, facilitate trials, and drive product approvals.

- Proven track record in sales and business development within the Food, Beverage, or Dietary Supplement industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in market analysis, customer relationship management, and product commercialization
- Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements
