Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of finished products, stability samples, and raw materials using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, UV-Spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer Apparatus
- Conduct analytical method validation, verification, and method transfer per ICH guidelines
- Troubleshoot QC instruments and investigate OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviations
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, and other regulatory standards, including GLP and QC processes
- Interpret data and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits
- Support quality processes for solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules)
