Your Role: The Quality-Medical Affairs Professional
As a Quality-Medical Affairs Professional (Q-MAP), you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch quality in both promotional and non-promotional medical content. This role is integral to our medical affairs team, leveraging your clinical expertise to review and enhance materials. Your primary mission? To provide scientific and creative insights that drive the development and review of impactful medical communications.
Key Responsibilities: Your Impactful Contributions
Brand Team Support
- Be a Key Medical Contact: Serve as the go-to medical expert for brand teams, offering clinical and scientific knowledge.
- Shape Brand Strategies: Contribute to local brand plans and medical strategies with your insights.
- Review and Develop Materials: Collaborate on creating and reviewing both local and global materials, ensuring they are scientifically sound and compliant.
- Enhance Training: Support internal business partners with medical training needs, boosting their expertise and performance.
Scientific Expertise and Medical Affairs Delivery
- Data Analysis and Publications: Assist in analyzing data, and developing compelling slide sets, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with other medical roles to deliver exceptional customer experiences and cohesive medical strategies.
- Scientific Input: Offer valuable scientific and creative input for promotional and non-promotional content, ensuring alignment with the latest medical advancements.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with medical literature and trends to stay current in your therapeutic area and provide cutting-edge insights.
What You Need to Succeed
- Educational Background: Advanced degree (MD, PhD, etc.) in health sciences, or a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with significant clinical experience.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical or therapeutic settings.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compliant content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering across various functions, including Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
