We are hiring for multiple roles in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Microbiology, and Engineering at our Bhopal injectable and sterile plant. All candidates must have relevant experience in sterile manufacturing.
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
Positions: Officer, Senior Officer, Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry, Biotechnology)
- Experience: 2–8 years in sterile/injectable plants
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct IPQA checks for sterile manufacturing and filling lines
- Review and approve BMR/BPR, ensuring compliance with ICH and GMP standards
- Manage QMS activities (CAPA, deviations, change control) and support regulatory audits (USFDA, EU-GMP)
- Perform validation, qualification, and cleaning validation for sterile processes
- Skills:
- Expertise in sterile QA processes and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and eCTD documentation
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
2. Quality Control (QC)
Position: Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 4–7 years in sterile/injectable plants
- Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished injectables using HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR
- Conduct method validation, verification, and stability studies per ICH guidelines
- Investigate OOS/OOT and document results for regulatory submissions
- Skills:
- Proficiency in QC instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer)
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory audit preparation
- Troubleshooting and data interpretation expertise
3. Microbiology
Positions: Officer, Junior Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology)
- Experience: 1–5 years in sterile/injectable plants
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbial testing (sterility, BET, MLT) for sterile products
- Perform environmental monitoring in cleanrooms (Class A/B)
- Support sterility assurance and media fill validations
- Maintain documentation per GLP standards
- Skills:
- Knowledge of USP, EP, and GMP for microbiological testing
- Experience with cleanroom protocols and sterility testing

4. Engineering
Positions: ETP/STP Operator, Fitter/Welder
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter, Welder) / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical) for ETP/STP Operator

- ETP/STP Operator: Operate and maintain Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
