We are hiring for AR&D and Process Engineering roles at our Sangareddy R&D Centre, focusing on API development and process optimization.
1. Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) – Research Chemist / Research Associate
- Designation: Research Chemist / Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 2–6 years in API analytical research
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for APIs using HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR
- Perform impurity profiling, stability studies, and reference standard characterization per ICH guidelines
- Document experimental results, analytical reports, and spectral data for regulatory submissions (e.g., DMF, eCTD)
- Collaborate with process development teams and ensure compliance with GMP and GLP
- Calibrate lab equipment (e.g., pH meters, balances) and manage effluent generation

- Monitor plant batches during scale-up, troubleshoot process deviations, and reduce effluent generation
- Document process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and validation reports for regulatory audits
