Key Responsibilities
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and file clinical trial documents, including TMF (Trial Master File) and eTMF, per ICH-GCP standards.
- Trial Coordination: Support planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials, including study start-up, conduct, and close-out phases.
- Regulatory Support: Assist with regulatory document management, ensuring compliance with DCGI, FDA, and EMA requirements.
- Team Support: Aid Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Project Managers with site initiation, monitoring visits, and query resolution.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams (data management, biostatistics) and external stakeholders (sponsors, sites).
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines.
- Progress Monitoring: Track trial progress, timelines, and budgets, reporting updates to project leads.
