Job Position: Quality Assurance Change Control – Executive/Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate change controls (CCs) for requests from JAMP’s external partners (e.g., manufacturers, suppliers).
- Coordinate evaluation and approval of CCs with quality, regulatory affairs, development, and logistics teams, meeting deadlines.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure CC implementation, documenting missed deadlines.
- Perform initial approvals of CCs within required timelines.
- Ensure GMP compliance throughout the CC process.
- Complete external partner CCs post-internal approval.
- Guide and train internal/external partners on drafting CCs.
- Facilitate CC meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with local/international teams (quality, regulatory, logistics, suppliers) to implement CC activities.
- Support internal and regulatory inspections (e.g., USFDA, Health Canada).
- Promote a GMP attitude across the workplace.
