Job Details: Scientist DMPK (ADC)
We’re hiring a Scientist with expertise in large molecule/ADC pharmacokinetics and bioanalysis to support our drug discovery and development programs. Immediate joiners with 7-10 years (Master’s) or 2-5 years (Ph.D.) of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications
- M.Pharm (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis)
- M.Sc (Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 7-10 years of experience
- Ph.D. (Pharmacology) with 2-5 years of experience in large molecule/ADC PK and bioanalysis
Experience
- 7-10 years (Master’s) or 2-5 years (Ph.D.) in:
- Large molecule/ADC pharmacokinetics and bioanalysis
- ADC characterization using mass spectrometry (HRMS, Q-TOF, Triple Quad)
- CRO/CDMO or biotech industry experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute DMPK studies for ADC and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs from discovery to IND-enabling stages
- Quantify biologics (antibodies, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, peptides) using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms
- Utilize bioinformatics tools (BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut) for data analysis
- Apply innovative techniques for ADC/mAb lead candidate selection, focusing on DMPK profiling
- Interpret complex DMPK data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams
- Represent DMPK in internal/external meetings, fostering collaboration
- Collaborate with R&D, toxicology, and clinical teams to address ADC challenges and support IND submissions
- Author and review SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documents for GLP/non-GLP studies
- Leverage strong knowledge of PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences to ensure safe therapeutic development
Key Skills
- Expertise in ADC characterization and bioanalysis using mass spectrometry (HRMS, Q-TOF, Triple Quad)
- Proficiency in LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA for biologics quantification
- Advanced bioinformatics skills (BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut)
- Strong understanding of PK/PD principles and translational sciences
- Excellent communication, innovation, and team leadership abilities
- Experience with GMP/GLP compliance and regulatory documentation
