We’re seeking candidates with experience in the nutraceutical industry for roles in Softgel and Tab/Caps production. Immediate joiners are preferred. These positions are based at our Smart Industrial Park facility in Pithampur, Indore.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive (Softgel/Tab/Caps):
  • Oversee production processes for softgel capsules or tablets/capsules
  • Ensure compliance with CGMP and SOPs
  • Monitor batch manufacturing, yield optimization, and documentation
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and regulatory audits
• Officer (Softgel):
  • Supervise softgel production lines and equipment operations
  • Support batch record preparation and material reconciliation
  • Maintain GMP standards and safety protocols
  • Assist in troubleshooting process deviations
• Operator – Encapsulation (Softgel):
  • Operate encapsulation machines for softgel production
  • Perform setup, cleaning, and maintenance of encapsulation equipment
  • Ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules
  • Document activities per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Operator – Medicament Preparation (Softgel):
  • Prepare medicament (gelatin and fill formulations) for softgel production
  • Handle mixing, heating, and filtration equipment
  • Follow SOPs and maintain hygiene standards
  • Support inventory management of raw materials

Key Skills

  • Mandatory experience in the nutraceutical industry
  • Knowledge of CGMP, GDP, and safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Executive/Officer:
