Job Opportunity: Chemical Synthesis Plant-II (Production Roles)
We’re hiring for production roles in our Chemical Synthesis Plant-II, focusing on API manufacturing and custom synthesis of small molecules for pharmaceutical applications. The roles are ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in API production or similar fields.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations:
- Operate reactors, distillation units, and filtration systems for API synthesis
- Perform multi-step chemical synthesis under controlled conditions
- Monitor process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure) to ensure product quality
- Compliance:
- Adhere to cGMP and safety protocols in the production plant
- Follow SOPs for batch manufacturing and equipment handling
- Documentation:
- Record process data and batch details in compliance with Good Documentation Practices
- Maintain equipment logbooks and production records
- Quality Support:
- Conduct in-process checks to ensure intermediates and APIs meet specifications
- Collaborate with QC for sample testing and validation
- Safety & Maintenance:
- Ensure proper handling of hazardous chemicals and adherence to SHE protocols
- Assist in routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Shift Work:
- Work in rotating shifts to support 24/7 production schedules
