We’re hiring fresher Apprentices to support formulation manufacturing at our Dewas facility, compliant with cGMP standards. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Production Apprentice:
- Assist in operating pharmaceutical machines for granulation, compression, coating, and packing
- Support filling and packaging of liquid orals (e.g., syrups, suspensions)
- Learn BMR/BPR documentation and in-process checks
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in production areas
Engineering Apprentice:
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment
- Support calibration and troubleshooting of machines (e.g., tablet presses, filling lines)
- Learn equipment log maintenance and cleaning validation
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
General:
- Participate in training on cGMP, SOPs, and USFDA/EU-GMP standards
- Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations
- Contribute to team efforts for process efficiency and compliance

Key Skills

Good communication skills for team coordination
Strong subject knowledge in chemistry, biotechnology, or mechanical/electrical systems
Willingness to learn pharmaceutical manufacturing and maintenance processes
Basic understanding of cGMP (training provided)
