Job Responsibilities

• QMS Oversight:
  • Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) for deviations, CAPA, change controls, and OOS/OOT investigations
  • Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, ICH Q7, and 21CFR Part 11
• Audit and Compliance:
  • Lead internal and external audits (USFDA, WHO, customer audits)
  • Review and approve SOPs, BMRs, and analytical data
  • Ensure data integrity and regulatory documentation
• Quality Control Coordination:
  • Oversee QC testing (HPLC, GC, wet analysis) and method validations
  • Approve CoAs and ensure raw material/finished product quality
• Process Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes
  • Implement risk-based quality assessments per ICH Q9
• Training and Leadership:
  • Train QA/QC teams on GMP and safety protocols
  • Lead a team of QA officers and executives, fostering accountability

• Expertise in QMS, GMP, and regulatory audits (USFDA, WHO)
• Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and analytical data review
