1. Production Shift Incharge
- Qualification: B.E. (Chemical Engineering) / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 6-10 years in chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee shift operations for API intermediates and fine chemicals
- Manage reactors, distillation units, and filtration systems using DCS/SCADA
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and EHS standards
- Lead a team of operators, assign tasks, and monitor KPIs
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement CAPA
- Maintain batch records (BMR/BPR) and support audits
- Key Skills:
- Expertise in DCS/SCADA-based chemical plant operations
- Knowledge of cGMP, EHS, and process safety management
- Leadership in shift management and team coordination
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and batch documentation
- Familiarity with 21CFR Part 211 for GMP
