Job Overview
We seek a results-driven leader to oversee daily operations of our production facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, quality requirements, and safety protocols. The role involves leading a team, optimizing granulation and encapsulation processes, and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality nutritional products.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 12+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with specific expertise in granulation and encapsulation processes.
- Previous leadership experience is mandatory.
Skills and Experience
- Comprehensive Expertise: In-depth knowledge of wet and dry granulation and encapsulation processes and equipment.
- Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Fluid Bed Processor (FPE), Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Roll Compactor, Particle Size Distribution (PSD), and Sizing techniques.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strong command of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and adherence to cGMP standards.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train production teams, driving performance and excellence.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in resolving production and operational challenges proactively.
- Communication: Proficient in communication, organization, and interpersonal collaboration to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Lean Manufacturing: Well-versed in lean manufacturing principles, with a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
