Open Positions in Production (Formulation)

1. Granulation – Operators and Executives

• Experience: 3–5 years in Bottom Spray or Hot Melt Extrusion (HME)
• Job Role:
  • Operate and monitor granulation equipment (e.g., RMG, FBD, FBP, Roll Compactor).
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory documentation standards.
  • Support process optimization and troubleshooting.

2. Coating – Operators and Executives

• Experience: 3–5 years in coating processes
• Job Role:
  • Manage coating operations using equipment like Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, or Gansons.
  • Perform in-process checks and maintain cGMP/GLP compliance.
  • Document activities and support regulatory audits.

3. Compression – Operators and Executives

• Experience: 3–5 years with HATA and FETTE compression machines
• Job Role:
  • Operate compression machines (Hata, Fette) for tablet manufacturing.
  • Conduct weight variation, hardness, and disintegration tests per USP standards.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP and maintain accurate batch records.

4. Packing – Operators and Executives

• Experience: 2–4 years in Bottle and Blister Packing (Primary and Secondary)
• Job Role:
  • Operate packing machines (e.g., Uhlmann, CAM, BQS, CVC, Pharmapack).
  • Manage Track and Trace, serialization, and bulk/bottle packing.
  • Maintain documentation and comply with cGMP standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical)
• Preferred: Candidates with exposure to USFDA, MHRA, or other regulatory audits and experience in cGMP/GLP documentation.
