Qualification

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Experience

• 1–4 years in medicinal chemistry or related fields

Job Role

• Design and synthesize novel small molecules for drug discovery projects.
• Perform multi-step organic synthesis, purification, and characterization using techniques like NMR, LC-MS, and HPLC.
• Optimize lead compounds for potency, selectivity, and pharmacokinetic properties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., biology, pharmacology) to advance drug candidates.
• Document experimental data in Laboratory Notebooks (LNB) and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred Skills:
