1. Production (OSD) & Packing (OSD) – Technical Assistant/Operator

• Department: Production (OSD) & Packing (OSD)
• Sections:
  • Production: Compression, Granulation, Coating, Capsule
  • Packing: Blister, Labeling, Cartonator, Track & Trace, Strip
• Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Pharmaceutical Technology)
• Experience: 1–2 years in OSD formulation

Job Role:

• Operate and maintain OSD equipment such as RMG, FBD, tablet compression machines (e.g., Cadmach, Sejong), coating pans (e.g., Ganscoater), and capsule filling machines.
• Perform blister packing, labeling, cartonator operations, and Track & Trace serialization per cGMP standards.
• Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation (e.g., BMR, BPR).
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and ensure compliance with SOPs and 21 CFR requirements.

• Note: Only candidates with OSD formulation experience are eligible.

2. Production-Injection (Injectable Formulation) – Technical Assistant/Operator

• Department: Production-Injection
• Sections: Vial Filling, Ampoule Filling/Sealing
• Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Pharmaceutical Technology)
• Experience: 2–7 years in injectable formulation

Job Role:

• Operate aseptic vial filling lines, ampoule filling/sealing machines, and sterilization equipment (e.g., autoclaves, DHS).
• Perform qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for injectable equipment and clean room operations.
• Execute batch manufacturing, line setup, and in-process checks in Class 100/ISO 5 environments.
• Maintain cGMP compliance, including sterility assurance and documentation (e.g., batch records, logbooks).
• Troubleshoot issues in aseptic processing and ensure adherence to USFDA and WHO-GMP standards.

• Note: Only candidates with injectable formulation experience are eligible.

3. Engineering – Technical Assistant/Fitter/Technician

• Department: Engineering
• Sections: Plant Maintenance, Fitter, HVAC, DC Operator, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Technician
• Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or Instrumentation)
• Experience: 1–5 years in pharmaceutical plant maintenance

Job Role:

• Plant Maintenance/Fitter: Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment calibration for production and utility systems (e.g., reactors, pumps, conveyors).
• HVAC: Operate and maintain HVAC systems to ensure clean room conditions (e.g., HEPA filters, pressure differentials) per ISO 14644 standards.
• DC Operator: Monitor and control distributed control systems (DCS) for plant utilities (e.g., boilers, chillers).
• RAC Technician: Service refrigeration units and air conditioning systems to support cold chain and facility operations.
• Prepare maintenance logs, SOPs, and comply with cGMP and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

Documents to Bring:

• Updated resume (mention applied position and section on top).
• Passport-size photograph.
• Photocopies of educational certificates (ITI/Diploma marksheets, certificates).
• Aadhar card, PAN card, and experience letters.
• Last 3 months’ salary slips and CTC proof (e.g., appointment letter).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in USFDA, WHO-GMP, or MHRA-approved facilities.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity.
• Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems or Track & Trace for packing roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Note:

• Candidates must have specific experience in OSD formulation (for OSD roles), injectable formulation (for injection roles), or pharma plant maintenance (for engineering roles).
• Freshers are not eligible for these positions.
