Open Positions
1. Team Member – Engineering (Process Maintenance/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Water System)
Role: Support engineering operations for OSD manufacturing across process maintenance, mechanical, instrumentation, and water systems.
Job Location: Hyderabad, Baddi, and Visakhapatnam
Experience: 5–10 years
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering
Skills
Hands-on experience in mechanical process areas and packing areas for Oral Solid Dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules).
Expertise in instrumentation for packing and process areas in OSD manufacturing.
Knowledge of HVAC and water system operations (e.g., purified water, WFI systems).
Proficiency in SAP for maintenance documentation and inventory management.
Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD manufacturing equipment (e.g., granulators, tablet presses).
Troubleshoot instrumentation issues in automated systems like PLCs and HMIs.
Ensure cGMP compliance in HVAC and water systems, supporting validation activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using SAP.
2. Team Member – Packing (Operator)
Role: Operate and maintain packing machines for OSD products, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Job Location: Baddi
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation
Skills
Experience in operation and cleaning of CAM nMX Blister Packing Machine and Effytec Sachet Machine.
Ability to perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of packing equipment.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining batch packing records per cGMP.
Job Responsibilities
Operate CAM nMX and Effytec Sachet Machines for blister and sachet packing of tablets/capsules.
Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and cleaning of packing equipment.
Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and ensure packing efficiency.
Document packing activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
3. Team Member – Quality Control (NIR, LCMS & Analyst)
Role: Conduct quality control analysis for OSD products, focusing on NIR, LCMS, and analytical testing.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–8 years
Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharm with a minimum of 60% in academics
Skills
For Analysts: 3–5 years of experience in HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution testing, and potentiometry.
Expertise in sample preparation for finished products and raw materials.
Exposure to working in USFDA-approved organizations with knowledge of cGMP and ICH guidelines.
Familiarity with NIR (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) and LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Perform analytical testing of OSD products using HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution testers.
Conduct NIR and LCMS analysis for raw materials and finished products.
Ensure data integrity in test results and compliance with USFDA standards.
Support stability studies and method validation for quality control processes.
