Junior Analyst / Analyst – Nutrition Analysis
- Location: Shameerpet, Hyderabad
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry)
Instrument Expertise:
- HPLC and HPLC calibration for nutrition analysis (e.g., vitamins, amino acids, fatty acids).
- Familiarity with ISO 17025:2017 quality systems for food and water testing.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment: incubator, autoclave, biosafety cabinet, colony counter, Laminar Air Flow, and pH meter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform nutritional analysis of food and water samples using HPLC techniques.
- Conduct method development, validation, and calibration per ISO 17025 standards.
- Prepare and review protocols, reports, and SOPs for testing.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements (FSSAI, USFDA).
- Maintain accurate documentation and support laboratory audits.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC operation and troubleshooting (e.g., Agilent, Waters systems).
- Strong understanding of ISO 17025 and food safety regulations.

Junior Analyst / Analyst – Residue Analysis
- Location: Shameerpet, Hyderabad
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Food Science, Analytical Chemistry)

- LCMS-MS and GCMS-MS for residue analysis (e.g., pesticide residues, antibiotic residues, food contaminants).
- Experience with ISO 17025:2017 quality systems for food and water testing.
- Proficiency in operating incubator, autoclave, biosafety cabinet, colony counter, Laminar Air Flow, and pH meter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct residue analysis of food and water samples using LCMS-MS and GCMS-MS.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for trace-level contaminants.
- Prepare protocols, reports, and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 17025, and USFDA standards.
- Perform sample preparation, instrument calibration, and data interpretation.
- Support laboratory quality assurance and regulatory audits.
