We are hiring for Senior Officer/Officer and Associate roles in the Pharmaceutical API department, focusing on production, qualification, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Below are the details of the positions, qualifications, and responsibilities:
Senior Officer / Officer (Qualification/QMS)
- Section: Pharmaceutical API
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- B.Tech Chemical Engineering
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Job Description: Must have experience in shift management, qualification processes, and QMS activities in an API manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee qualification processes including URS (User Requirement Specification), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification).
- Manage QMS activities such as CCP (Change Control Process), Deviation, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) investigations.
- Handle distillation, layer separation, solvent handling, micronization, DCS (Distributed Control System), and automation processes.
- Serve as Shift In-Charge, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Associate (Production)
- Section: Intermediate + Finished Area
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- B.Tech Chemical Engineering
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Responsibilities:
- Support API production processes, including distillation, layer separation, solvent handling, micronization, DCS, and automation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in batch production and maintain accurate process documentation.
- Job Description: Experience in intermediate and finished API production with knowledge of distillation, solvent handling, and automation systems.
Key Requirements
- Familiarity with API manufacturing processes and GMP guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in distillation, layer separation, micronization, and DCS/automation.
- Strong understanding of qualification processes and QMS frameworks (e.g., CCP, Deviation, OOS, OOT).
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment with a focus on safety and quality.
