Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D efforts in plasma-derived biologics, focusing on process development and scale-up.
- Oversee dossier preparation, TTD documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive chromatographic purification, resin selection, and downstream process optimization.
- Support M-SAT activities and troubleshoot commercial manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, innovative products.
Candidate Requirements

| Experience | 20+ years in biologics, with 10+ years in core R&D leadership (plasma, insulin, biosimilars). |
| Expertise | Dossier preparation, TTD documentation, and regulatory-facing work. |

| Operational Exposure | Lab-scale, pilot-scale, and commercial-scale operations. |
| M-SAT & Troubleshooting | Experience in M-SAT activities and resolving manufacturing challenges. |

- Strong understanding of plasma-derived products and biologics.
- Hands-on expertise in downstream R&D processes, excluding analytical R&D.
