Position Overview
As an In-Vitro Scientist, you’ll contribute to target validation, mechanism of action (MoA) studies, and assay development in therapeutic areas like fibrosis, immunology, and oncology. This role requires expertise in cell-based assays, analytical techniques, and adaptability to dynamic research needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cell culture, primary cell isolation, and cell-based assays.
- Perform assays including ELISA, Western blot, Protein Simple, and SDS-PAGE.
- Utilize multimode plate readers, automation, and high-throughput assay systems.
- Execute target validation and MoA studies with a scientific approach.
- Analyze data using tools like GraphPad and interpret results accurately.
- Introduce new techniques to evaluate therapeutic tools in various areas.
Candidate Requirements

| Qualification | M.S., M.Pharm., M.Tech., or M.Sc. in Biological Sciences. |
| Experience | 2-8 years in cell culture, cell-based assays, and primary cell isolation. |
| Skills | Proficiency in ELISA, Western blot, Protein Simple, SDS-PAGE, and high-throughput assays; data analysis with GraphPad or equivalent. |
| Preferences | Experience in IPSC culture, differentiation, high-content imaging, and compound screening. |
Additional Preferences
- Strong troubleshooting and data recording skills.

- Experience in building internal scientific expertise.
