Quality Control
- Responsibilities:
- Perform environmental monitoring (EM), media preparation, BET, and sterility tests.
- Conduct microbial limit tests (MLT) and ensure GMP compliance.
- Preferences:
- Experience with analytical techniques and documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards.
Microbiology
- Responsibilities:
- Execute microbial testing and support aseptic processes.
- Maintain compliance with quality systems.
- Preferences:
- Expertise in microbiological methods and cleanroom operations.
Production (OSD Formulations)
- Responsibilities:
- Operate blister packing, CAM, cartonator, and capsule filling machines.
- Handle compression, coating, granulation, and documentation.
- Preferences:
- Familiarity with roll compactors and packing processes.
Production (Injectables Formulations)
- Responsibilities:
- Manage LYO operations, vial filling, sealing, and compounding.
- Oversee autoclave, aseptic processing, vial washing, and tunnel operations.
- Preferences:
- Experience in QMS, documentation, and aseptic techniques.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2-8 years in pharmaceutical formulations.
- Qualifications: B.Sc., B.Pharm., M.Sc., M.Pharm., Diploma, ITI, B.A., B.Tech. (specific to department).
- Work Location: MSN Formulation Unit-II, Kothur, and Unit-V, RK Puram.
