Role Highlights
- Conduct experiments in cell biology, immunology, enzymology, and molecular biology.
- Perform cell culture techniques, including maintenance, passaging, and viability assays.
- Execute molecular biology techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and cloning.
- Analyze and document experimental data using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Support method development and validation for drug discovery projects.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance R&D objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
- Experience: Freshers (2023-2025 graduates) or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of cell biology, immunology, enzymology, and molecular biology.
- Hands-on training in cell culture and molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, electrophoresis).
- Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Preferences:
- Internship or academic project experience in cell-based assays or molecular biology.
- Familiarity with USFDA-regulated lab environments or drug discovery processes.
- Enthusiasm for learning advanced techniques like CRISPR or high-throughput screening.
- Work Location: Genome Valley, Hyderabad (on-site).
