Role Highlights
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and lab-scale development trials for solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules).
- Perform literature surveys to design robust formulation strategies for ROW markets.
- Execute technology transfer of formulations from R&D to production plants.
- Manage stability studies and prepare technical documentation per regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and global quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Undergraduate: B.Pharm (minimum requirement).
- Postgraduate: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or related field, preferred).
- PhD: Not required.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Formulation Research & Development (FRD), specifically in solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules).
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience in pre-formulation studies, lab-scale trials, and technology transfer.
- Proficiency in designing formulation strategies through literature reviews.
- Knowledge of stability studies, GMP, and regulatory documentation for ROW markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferences:
- Experience in USFDA or EU-GMP-regulated environments.
- Familiarity with ROW market requirements (e.g., ASEAN, African, Latin American markets).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Work Location: Chembur, Mumbai (on-site).
