Job Responsibilities
As part of the Synthesis R&D and CRO-API team, you will:
- Conduct experiments and maintain detailed laboratory notebooks.
- Optimize synthetic processes for API development.
- Prepare project-related impurities and address DMF deficiencies.
- Support lab validation, technology transfer, and scale-up activities.
- Execute projects and perform process validation.
- Demonstrate strong communication and academic knowledge.
