Job Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance (IPQA-EM, Assistant Manager): Lead environmental monitoring (EM) and non-viable particle monitoring. Perform line clearance for sterile/aseptic manufacturing. Manage a team in the EM section, ensuring compliance with US FDA/cGMP standards.
- Quality Assurance (CSV, Executive/Sr. Executive): Execute validation activities for computerized systems and PLC-controlled equipment per cGMP, GAMP 5, and regulatory guidelines (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11). Prepare and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and review system documentation.
- Quality Control (QCC-ICP, Officer/Executive): Conduct raw material, in-process product testing (IPPT), and finished product (FP) testing. Operate analytical instruments like ICP-MS, ICP-OES, HPLC, UV, and GC, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills
- IPQA-EM: Expertise in environmental monitoring, non-viable particle monitoring, and line clearance in sterile/aseptic plants. Proven team leadership experience.
- CSV: Strong knowledge of CSV principles, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- QCC-ICP: Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (ICP-MS, ICP-OES, HPLC, UV, GC) and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
