Job Responsibilities
- R&D Officer: Conduct custom synthesis of impurities, intermediates, and APIs; support process development and scale-up; maintain cGMP-compliant documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Marketing Officer: Promote pharmaceutical products, analyze market trends, engage with clients, and develop strategies to expand market reach.
- ADL Officer: Perform analytical method development and validation; operate analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV); ensure accurate testing of samples for quality control.
- QA Officer: Oversee quality assurance processes, perform line clearance, review batch records, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards (e.g., US FDA).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualifications:
- R&D: M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Marketing: M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MBA
- ADL: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm
- QA: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm
- Experience: 0-3 years in pharmaceutical R&D, marketing, analytical development, or quality assurance; freshers with relevant academic knowledge are welcome.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with cGMP practices. Experience in API synthesis, analytical instruments, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Note: Candidates with exposure to US FDA-compliant environments or CRO settings are preferred.
