Job Responsibilities
- Team Member – HVAC Operator:
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and chilled water distribution.
- Manage Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Ensure cGMP compliance and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits.
- Team Member – Process Engineer (Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics):
- Maintain plant process and manufacturing equipment, including primary/secondary packaging systems.
- Perform equipment calibration and troubleshoot issues using excellent diagnostic skills.
- Utilize PLC programming and SCADA systems for process control.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP).
- Ensure cGMP-compliant documentation.
- Team Member – Process Mechanical Maintenance:
- Perform maintenance on plant process and manufacturing equipment, including primary/secondary packaging.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with high proficiency.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP).
- Maintain cGMP-compliant records for regulatory compliance.
- Team Member – Water Systems:
- Operate and maintain process water and potable water systems, including Reverse Osmosis (RO), UV systems, ozone systems, and pre-treatment plants.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and accurate documentation.
