Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance:
  • Perform IPQA, equipment validation, and QMS tasks (change control, deviation, CAPA)
  • Ensure compliance with USFDA regulations
• Engineering:
  • Maintain HVAC, AHUs, water systems, and process equipment
  • Handle breakdowns and calibration
• QC-Chemical:
  • Conduct analysis using HPLC, GC, UV Spectrometer
  • Perform stability studies and bioassays
• QC-Microbiology:
  • Execute environmental monitoring, MLT, BET, and water testing
  • Ensure sterility compliance
• Production:
  • Operate equipment (Autoclave, Vial Washing, Filling, Lyophilizer)
  • Supervise aseptic processes and packing lines
• Apprentices (Production/Engineering):
  • Support aseptic filling, vial washing, capping, and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain cGMP compliance
