Key Responsibilities
- Production – OSD (Plant Operator / Technical Assistant):
- Operate machines for granulation, compression, capsule filling, Wurster coating, and inspection
- Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
- Production – OSD (Executive / Sr. Executive):
- Supervise granulation operations and ensure QMS compliance
- Coordinate batch planning with PPMC
- Manage documentation and regulatory audits
- Engineering (Executive / Sr. Executive):
- Oversee maintenance of process equipment (electrical/instrumentation)
- Handle breakdowns, calibrations, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and QMS documentation
- Engineering (Technician – Instrument):
- Support maintenance of process equipment, HVAC, and water systems
- Perform instrumentation and calibration tasks
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues in an OSD setup
- Warehouse (Officer / Sr. Executive):
- Manage raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), finished goods (FG), dispensing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate documentation and QMS compliance
- Utilize SAP/ASRS systems for inventory management
