Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-formulation and drug-excipient compatibility studies
- Develop formulations for oral solid dosage (tablets, capsules) and liquid dosage forms for ROW (Rest of World) and domestic markets
- Optimize processes for new product development batches
- Prepare documentation, including Master Formula Records (MFR) and Product Development Reports (PDR)
- Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines and regulatory standards
- Support scale-up and technology transfer activities
Desired Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in formulation R&D for OSD and liquid dosages
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in pre-formulation studies and process optimization
- Proficiency in preparing MFR, PDR, and other development documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet project timelines
