Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, such as employee relations, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
- Oversee performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and training programs
- Maintain HR records, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Support grievance resolution and foster a positive work culture
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements in HR processes
Desired Profile
- 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or CROs
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and labor compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for HR documentation and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with Ahmedabad’s job market preferred
- Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making
