Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control (Analyst):
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and wet lab techniques for raw materials, intermediates, and APIs
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), SOPs, and cGMP standards
- Maintain lab software (e.g., Empower, LIMS) and accurate documentation for USFDA audits
- Support method validation and stability studies
- Microbiologist:
- Conduct Microbial Limit Tests (MLT), Bacterial Endotoxin Tests (BET), and water testing
- Perform environmental monitoring (EM), media preparation, and culture handling
- Execute instrument qualification, validation, and sterility testing per cGMP guidelines
- Document results and support regulatory inspections
Desired Profile
- Quality Control: 2-4 years of experience in API QC with expertise in HPLC, GC, wet lab, and lab software; strong knowledge of GLP, SOPs, and cGMP
- Microbiology: 1-4 years of experience in API microbiology with skills in MLT, BET, EM, water testing, and validations; familiarity with cGMP documentation
- Exposure to USFDA/EMA regulatory requirements mandatory for both roles
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in shifts and meet audit readiness standards
