Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to engage institutional and corporate clients for hospital services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Drive sales through a deep understanding of hospital sales cycles and healthcare service offerings
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts to secure business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs) to align on client requirements
Desired Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital sales or institutional business development (pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare service offerings and hospital sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
- Knowledge of local healthcare markets in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, or Bhubaneshwar is a plus
