Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic data reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data
- Write and resolve data clarifications under the guidance of the Data Operations Coordinator
- Perform basic quality control procedures to meet regulatory and quality standards
- Track and process data in alignment with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Meet personal project objectives as assigned by the manager
- Escalate issues to the Data Operations Coordinator or Group Manager
- Understand and provide input to Data Management Plans (DMPs)
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team
- Comply with core operating procedures, working instructions, and basic database structures
Desired Profile
- Freshers with excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Initiative in resolving problems and maintaining effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
- Basic understanding of clinical data management or clinical trials (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn CDM tools (e.g., EDC systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of GCPs and regulatory guidelines is a plus
