Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on biofertilizers, biopesticides, and plant growth promoters.
- Develop and optimize organic products for agriculture and public health.
- Collaborate with the R&D team in our DSIR-approved laboratory.
- Analyze data and publish findings to support product development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Ph.D. in Microbiology or Biochemistry
- Experience: 1–3 years in R&D or freshers with strong research publications
- Skills: Knowledge of microbial techniques, biochemical analysis, and organic product development
- Preference: Experience in agriculture or biotechnology R&D
