Role and Responsibilities
- Perform solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), cleavage, and isolation.
- Conduct peptide purification, concentration, and lyophilization.
- Execute regular batches and scale-up operations in a cGMP environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation per cGMP standards.
- Adhere to GMP and safety guidelines during all processes.
- Apply expertise in SPPS methodology and chromatographic purification.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–8 years in peptide synthesis and purification
- Skills:
- Sound knowledge of SPPS methodology and chromatographic techniques
- Familiarity with cGMP environments and regulatory compliance
- Understanding of safety practices in pharmaceutical production
- Preference: Experience in peptide manufacturing in a cGMP-compliant facility
